They arranged everything we needed to see the Sahara desert, including a jeep and a dromedary ride. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, including a clean pool and terrace. Parking was also available, convenient. The location in a touristic area meant that we didn't have to go far for food and other necessities.

Great for a business trip! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and main highway, making it easy to get around. The Wi-Fi was excellent and very easy to connect to. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items to choose from.
The noise level in the hallways. You could hear people talking and doors opening and closing, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Located close to the Sahara dunes and in the Douz touristic area, this hotel is a great base for exploring the surrounding area during the summer months. Some rooms offer a view of the nearby dunes. the hotel staff provides friendly service, and the breakfast is continental with local specialties. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with amenities, such as air conditioning, fridges, and spacious bathrooms.

During my recent business trip to Douz, I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. the hotel boasts of a great location, close to several tourist attractions and local shops. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the room I stayed in was clean and spacious, offering all the amenities I needed for my stay. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which was a fantastic way to start my day.
the fantastic staff more than made up for it by being available to help me with my luggage.
